BREAKING: Again, Yahaya Bello presents self to EFCC

Former Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello has once again appeared before the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) concerning allegations of fund misappropriation during his tenure.

Bello, accompanied by his legal team, arrived at the EFCC office in Abuja on Tuesday morning, driving a black Hilux. His appearance follows the Supreme Court’s recent dismissal of a case challenging the constitutionality of the EFCC’s operations.

During the last session on November 14, the EFCC had requested an adjournment to November 27, citing the ongoing 30-day window for a summons previously issued in the case.
