South African fast rising singer Malome Vector dies in car accident

In a heartbreaking turn of events, popular South African rapper Malome Vector has tragically passed away following a car accident. 

The incident occurred on Wednesday evening in the Free State while Vector was traveling with his musical collaborators, Puleng Phoofolo and Lizwi Wokuqala.

Two others reportedly transported to Boitumelo Regional Hospital with injuries.

“With heavy hearts, we mourn the passing of a shining beacon; the Lion of Lesotho’s sun has set. Our deepest condolences go out to his loved ones and industry peers during this time of profound loss.”

A report by the Free State Department of Health explained that “three men were declared dead at the scene of an accident on the N1 near the Koppies turn-off close to Kroonstad.”

The news has sent shockwaves through the music community and left fans mourning the loss of a talented artist who had so much more to offer.
