NNPC reacts to recruitment process, says employment slots not on sale

The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Ltd. (NNPC Ltd.) has firmly debunked circulating rumours that employment opportunities within the company are available for purchase, urging the public, particularly jobseekers, to disregard such false claims.

In an official statement released on Saturday by its Chief Corporate Communications Officer, Olufemi Soneye, NNPC Ltd. emphasized that its recruitment process is transparent and straightforward, with no involvement of financial transactions or inducements of any kind.

The company categorically refuted the insinuations that it has employment slots for sale, labeling them as deceptive tactics employed by fraudsters to exploit unsuspecting jobseekers.

NNPC Ltd. further warned that anyone who engages in such fraudulent dealings or pays money for a job within the company does so at their own risk.
