Ex-PDP chairman Ibrahim Milgoma dies in Abuja hospital

Alhaji Ibrahim Milgoma, the former chairman of the Sokoto State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has passed away after battling a prolonged illness.

He died in an Abuja hospital, and his death was confirmed by the Sokoto State PDP Publicity Secretary, Malam Hassan Sahabi Sanyinnawal, through a press statement.

Milgoma, who served as the party’s chairman from 2015 to 2018, was described as a distinguished gentleman and a respected leader.

His leadership was pivotal in the PDP’s success during the 2019 general elections in Sokoto State.

The party expressed deep grief over his passing, acknowledging his significant contributions to the development of both Sokoto State and Nigeria.

In their statement, the Sokoto PDP extended prayers for Milgoma, asking Almighty Allah to grant him Aljannat Firdaus and to provide strength and comfort to his family and the people of Sokoto State as they mourn this great loss.
