BBNaija Season 9: Five pairs nominated for possible eviction after custodian challenge abolishment

The first nomination show of Big Brother Naija Season 9 took place on Monday, resulting in five pairs facing possible eviction on Sunday.

The pairs up for eviction are Beta, Chekas, DoubleKay, Wanni x Handi, and Zinwe.

At least one of these pairs will leave the house during the live eviction show.

This comes after a recent adjustment of the show’s rules by the organizers.

The host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, announced that Biggie has abolished the Custodian Challenge and the HOH ballot. Additionally, the housemates no longer have the power to vote for the eviction of the bottom four pairs.

Immunity for the Head of House (HOH) has been restored, although the HOH no longer has the authority to “save and replace” nominees. Instead, the pairs now nominate each other for eviction, while viewers hold the ultimate power to decide who stays by voting.
