Popular Nigerian comedian SeyiLaw recently opened up about a unique experience in which he felt divinely guided to destroy a pair of shoes he believed were being used to spy on him.

His story emerged following a tweet from a businesswoman warning against accepting mirrors as gifts, as they could potentially be tools for monitoring.

SeyiLaw shared that after spending a night in deep prayer in his room, he felt a strong impression from God revealing that something within his home was being used to watch him.

After careful consideration, he identified the suspicious item as a pair of shoes. He promptly followed the guidance he received by burning the shoes, putting an end to his concerns of being watched.

This story has resonated widely, especially among those who share similar beliefs in spiritual guidance and protection.

He explained that after a night of prayer in his room, he felt God reveal to him that something was being used to watch him, and he later found out it was the shoes.

He advised people to think carefully before accepting gifts.

He also thanked actor and comedian Wole Arole for his help, saying that God used him to rescue him.
