Prudent Gabriel is a multi-award winning fashion designer with a wealth of knowledge in the styling and design of clothing sectors.

After completing her secondary education, Prudent faced financial difficulties and was motivated by her mother to learn tailoring as her university entrance exam fees were unaffordable.

Prudent found little fulfillment in her previous position as a waitress, so she quit to focus full-time on her passion for fashion and modeling.

She began as a modestly sized Lagosian designer who was comparatively unknown.

She had to overcome many obstacles, such as persuading customers of her abilities and making a name for herself in a cutthroat industry dominated by well-known designers, but she has emerged as a formidable force in the fashion industry.

Prominent figures such as Tim Godfrey, Xtreme Crew, Debbie Rise from Season 2 of Big Brother Naija, Naomi Mac from Nigerian Idol, and Queen B from Ultimate Love are among Prudent’s clientèle.

As a result of her contributions to the fashion industry, Prudent has received numerous awards and trained over 150 fashion designers through Prudential Fashion Academy.

She draws her inspiration from the works of renowned designers of custom clothings, like Veekee James, YomiCasual, Matopeda, and Valdrin Sahiti.

Popular gospel singer, Peterson Okopi on July 1st, 2024 took to his Instagram page to announce his engagement to the fashion designer as reported by News350 Nigeria with lovely photos and video of their rooftop proposal and this was welcomed with all-round joy by his fans, followers, and fellow celebrities.
