Nigerian actor Lege Miami has reacted to the ongoing protests, highlighting the restraint shown by the Igbo community.

According to Lege, “80% of Igbos didn’t protest, which means they are supportive and patient with the government.”

The actor compared this with some members of the Yoruba community, using strong language to criticize those he perceives as causing internal strife.

“Some Yoruba people are oloribuku, na Yoruba dey do Yoruba,” he stated, implying that some individuals within the Yoruba community are undermining each other.

He wrote;

Igbos are doing well. 80% of them didn’t protest, they are supportive and patient with the government. Some Yoruba people are oloribuku, na yoruba dey do yoruba – Actor Lege Miami.

Lege Miami’s remarks have sparked discussions about ethnic relations and the diverse reactions to government policies across Nigeria.
