Wike suspends FCDA executive secretary indefinitely

Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister Nyesom Wike has announced the indefinite suspension of Engr. Shehu Hadi Ahmad, the Executive Secretary of the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA), with immediate effect.

The specific reasons behind the suspension have not been disclosed.

The decision was confirmed through a statement issued by Lere Olayinka, Senior Special Assistant on Public Communications and New Media to Minister Wike: “The Executive Secretary, Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA), Engr. Shehu Hadi Ahmad, has been suspended indefinitely.”

In compliance with the directive, Engr. Ahmad has been instructed to hand over his duties and responsibilities to the Director of Engineering Services within the FCDA.
