Premier League: Forest ends Chelsea’s winning streak with 1-1 draw at Stamford Bridge

Chelsea’s bid for a fourth consecutive Premier League victory was halted by a determined Nottingham Forest, who battled to a 1-1 draw at Stamford Bridge.

Despite being reduced to 10 men, Forest held firm and maintained their impressive start to the season.

Chris Wood gave the visitors the lead early in the second half, but a brilliant solo effort from Noni Madueke leveled the score for Chelsea.

The hosts piled on the pressure, especially after James Ward-Prowse was sent off for a handball. However, Forest’s defense, led by goalkeepers Robert Sanchez and Matz Sels, stood strong throughout the 13 minutes of stoppage time, earning a hard-fought point.
