Six dead, three injured in tragic Sienna bus crash on Ogun highway

In a tragic incident on an Ogun State highway, a speeding Sienna Space Bus collided with a moving truck, resulting in the deaths of six passengers and leaving three others injured.

The crash occurred when the bus rammed into the truck from behind.

According to Okpe, the truck did not stop after the collision.

The injured were promptly taken to Patmag Hospital in Ogere for treatment, while the deceased were taken to the FOS Morgue in Ipara.

The Ogun Sector Commander, Akinwumi Fasakin, described the crash as avoidable, emphasizing that proper caution by the driver could have prevented the tragedy.

He urged motorists to stay focused on the road and adhere to traffic regulations to prevent such incidents.

Fasakin also extended his condolences to the families of the victims and wished the injured a swift recovery.
